Customizing the Header and Footer of the Control Panels

Control Panel Header Logo (Anchor: header)

All the Control Panels provided by DomainsVM have a consistent look and feel. The Header that your Customers and Sub-Resellers see is completely customizable to display:

  • your Logo and a background color, or

  • any HTML content

To Customize the Header Logo

Here, you have 2 options:

  1. Login to your Reseller Control Panel. See details

  2. In the Menu, point to Settings and then click Branding Settings.

  3. Click the Control Panel tab and then click the Header link.

    1. Upload a header logo: Select this radio button to upload an image of your choice as the Header Logo and set the background color for the entire Header area.

      • Header Logo: Click the Choose File button to select the image from your computer as your logo.

      • Header Logo Height: Typically, this should be set as the same height as your logo, in pixels.

      • Header Background Color: You may either click the square box and select a color of your choice or mention the Hexadecimal value of any color in the textbox.

    2. Enter HTML Source: Select this radio button to input HTML source code to display in the Control Panel Header area. Enter your HTML source code in the textbox.

      Note

      The following HTML tags are not allowed:

      • <HTML>

      • <BODY>

      • <HEAD>

      Click the Preview button to preview the HTML source code you have entered.

  4. Click the Update button to submit your changes. The changes would be immediately reflected.

Control Panel Footer (Anchor: footer)

The Footer is the blue-colored bar which appears at the bottom of every page in the Control Panel. The default Footer provided by our system consists of a series of links for various Products and Services along with a Copyright Notice. You may modify these, by inputting HTML content to be displayed as the Footer.

To Customize the Footer

  1. Login to your Reseller Control Panel. See details

  2. In the Menu, point to Settings and then click Branding Settings.

  3. Click the Control Panel tab and then click the Footer link.

  4. Here you have 2 options:

    1. Use System Default Footer: Select this option if you wish to use the default Footer, provided by the system.

    2. Use Custom Footer: Select this option if you wish to specifying your own HTML content. Enter your HTML source code in the textbox.

      Note

      The following HTML tags are not allowed:

      • <HTML>

      • <BODY>

      • <HEAD>

    3. Click the Update button to save your changes. The changes would be immediately reflected.
